Development blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest photograph release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
More materials disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
